For formal title deeds and legal contracts, we coordinate with licensed Japanese Judicial Scriveners (Shiho-shoshi) with your consent via a limited Power of Attorney. This will allow Japan Property Direct to represent you legally in areas such as property and utility tax payments with full communication with you at every step.
