PAYMENT METHOD, CURRENCY & PRICING

Japan Property Direct accepts secure international payments to our Japanese MUFG account exclusively via International Bank Transfer (SWIFT), a trusted global banking network supported by all major UK and international financial institutions.

To complete any payments agreed, simply log into your online banking app, select "International Transfer," enter the bank details provided directly on your invoice, and ensure you include your unique invoice reference number.

All of our professional property inspection services are issued at a transparent, fixed price and can be found on our Technical/visual audits page with no hidden service charges, platform fees, or ongoing subscriptions added.

All invoices are generated and billed strictly in your country currency meaning you will be charged the exact amount displayed on your document (please note currency conversion rates are subject to changebased on most up to date rate conversion on the GBP price listed) while your local banking provider will automatically handle any necessary currency conversions and separate international transfer fees on their end.
