We’re a husband and wife team helping UK buyers find and buy property in Japan.
We know that buying a property in another country can feel confusing at first — especially with language differences and unfamiliar legal systems to navigate.

Hidehiko is originally from Fukuoka in Japan and still owns property there. He has over 20 years of experience working within the Japanese real estate sector.
Hide's focus is on translating buyer needs, questions, and concerns into Japanese and communicating these to the Japanese agencies and individuals involved in your journey to owning a Japanese home. Other roles include:
Communicating directly with agents, brokers, and sellers
Supporting discussions around offers and purchase terms
Helping clarify property and transaction details
Ensuring both sides fully understand each other during the process

Mandy
Mandy is from Scotland and is an academic researcher with a strong interest in Japan- it's how she met her Husband 😊.
Her role includes researching properties and helping clients understand listings, locations, and lifestyle context in a clear and simple way. Other roles include:
Arranging meetings and consultations
Assisting with travel planning where needed, or virtual tours if available.
Managing day-to-day admin and client support tasks
Ensuring clients are kept informed and supported at each stage
Her focus is on making the experience smooth, organised, and easy to follow for UK buyers
